We ensure hair comes from single donors per bundle and cuticles are aligned to provide a clean and even finish. Quality is essential, as we spend countless hours constructing your unit.
Once you complete your purchase, and your order form is received, we will thoroughly review all your specifications. If we have any questions or believe that an option may not produce the best result, we will contact you to review. If all is clear, we will continue directly to production.
We fully follow all details stated in your design form, so be sure to make sure you fully check each option you select. As your wig is custom, idonia luxe is not able to accept returns. Your satisfaction is of absolute importance to us, so if there is an issue, please contact us so we may solve the concern.

Your wig is custom created per your design specifications. As a result, your unit will take some time to produce-like most things of quality! Remember, our wigs are not one size fits all and are built to last. Enjoy the process and know that once you do receive your unit, it will be of prime quality, natural finish and your unique style.

Processing time is independent of shipment time; however, we will be with you through every step providing updates as we move through each step until your unit successfully arrives.
*Please note, because we immediately begin to process your order, changes cannot be made to your wig once you have completed your order. As a result, we urge our clients to thoroughly review all selected options prior to completing their purchase order.

You may be able to utilize your insurance to purchase a medical wig on our website and get reimbursed from your medical insurance provider We are here to help, we provide a step by step guide to help you successfully complete a claim form All you have to do is follow these steps Get Pre-Approved Contact us at medical@indigoluxe.com so we can provide you witha estimate, next ask your insurance provider how much they will reimburse you for your medical hair prosthesis and how long it will take for you to receive your reimbursement Next, purchase your wig File a claim. Download and send Claim Form #1500 to your insurance provider (contact your provider if the form is not listed)

- Receipt paid in full as proof of payment
- Rx with your diagnosis code from your doctor- it must be written from a medical doctor for a medical or cranial hair prosthesis
