    It is important to know that to obtain a seamless scalp finish you will need to match the lace to your natural scalp (There is NO need to bleach your unit’s knots).

    To achieve a natural scalp look, we advise that you gradually apply powder foundation (usually the color you already use, or a shade lighter may work best) with a powder brush to the bottom side of the wig, and with a Q-tip to the top scalp/exposed scalp areas. We advise that you start light and gradually add powder foundation until the lace knots are not visible/ you achieve your desired look.

We ensure hair comes from single donors per bundle and cuticles are aligned to provide a clean and even finish. Quality is essential, as we spend countless hours constructing your unit.

Once you complete your purchase, and your order form is received, we will thoroughly review all of your specifications. If we have any questions, or believe that an option may not produce the best end result, we will contact you to review. If all is clear, we will continue directly to production.

We fully follow all details stated in your design form, so be sure to make sure you fully check each option you select. As your wig is custom, idonia luxe is not able to accept returns. Your satisfaction is of absolute importance to us, so in the event that there is an issue, please contact us so we may solve the concern.

Your wig is custom created per your design specifications. As a result, your unit will take some time to produce-like most things of quality! Remember, our wigs are not one size fits all and are built to last. Enjoy the process and know that once you do receive your unit, it will be of prime quality, natural finish and your unique style. Order processing- within 24-48 hours Development 6-8 weeks Shipment 5-7 days Processing time is independent of shipment time, however, we will be with you through every step providing updates as we move through each step until your unit successfully arrives. *Please note, because we immediately begin to process your order, changes cannot be made to your wig once you have completed your order. As a result, we urge our clients to thoroughly review all selected options prior to completing their purchase order.
