Once you complete your purchase, and your order form is received, we will thoroughly review all of your specifications. If we have any questions, or believe that an option may not produce the best end result, we will contact you to review. If all is clear, we will continue directly to production.
We fully follow all details stated in your design form, so be sure to make sure you fully check each option you select. As your Clip-In extensions are custom, idonia luxe is not able to accept returns. Your satisfaction is of absolute importance to us, so in the event that there is an issue, please contact us so we may solve the concern.
