Shipping is FREE on all orders!!!! Customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning all items. Indigo Luxe is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
When will I receive my item/s?
Our products come from all over the world. The processing time is usually 4 days and typical delivery is 7-16 days from time of purchase. So, you can expect your item(s) approx 12-28 days from purchase. Shipping is always free!
How do I care for my items?
We strongly recommend hand washing. If not, machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle using phosphate free detergent to preserve the colors. Hang or line dry is best, if not, tumble dry on low. Knit fabric may shrink a tad in heat. No bleach.
All SALE items are final, but may be exchanged for a different size only. All shipping fees for normal return/exchange apply.
In the event that the item is received damaged, and hasn't yet been washed or worn, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately and we will do what we can to make it right. Pictures are helpful! Once the damaged item is received by us, the refund or exchange will be sent.
You have 7 days from the date you received merchandise to notify us of a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all original purchase tags attached to items. All items will be inspected upon return. Upon inspection and approval, merchandise credit will be issued within 7-10 business days.
How can I make changes to my orders?
Please email us within 12 hours of your order if there's any changes you need to make. We will try my best to accommodate your needs.
What if my item is lost/not delivered by the post office?
Once the item is dropped off at the post office, it is out of our control. Like you, the only way we can track it is through the tracking number provided. Hence, we cannot be responsible for lost mail/package.
All discounts, coupon codes and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders. Customers may only apply one discount per order
